Police have sent the file of nineteen suspects to State Counsel for legal advice after they were arrested over the burning down of six houses in the outskirts of Rutile following an alleged kidnapping of one 60-year-old Mariatu Konowa of Simbeck Village.

Crime officer Jusu Daniel Elkers said thirteen others are still at large as investigation hits new grounds.

Osman Tarawally, one of the accused connected to the kidnapping saga, has vowed to get to the bottom of the case since he denied the allegation.

The alleged 60-year-old victim has said she does not know Mr. Tarawally after Chief Forba Johnny of Simbeck Village had clarified that Madam Konowa, who has been under his watch for over three years, is suffering from a mental health problem.
