Nine-year-old Jaminatu Caulker, aka Baby Nice, a talented lip-syncer, has emerged in Grafton.
The skill of the young talent is already gaining momentum, spreading beyond Grafton.
Since July 28, 2023, Baby Nice has been creating lip-syncing content for celebrated music entertainers such as Emerson, Samza, King Melody, Star Zee, LAJ, Kao Denero and many more.
In June this year, Star Zee invited her to a birthday splash where she met with famous people like Sylvia Olayinka Blyden and more.
Her mother, Aminata Kamara, a petty trader, has been supportive of her. Her brother, Ibrahim Caulker, a DJ and video editor, says he will help her young, talented sister reach the height.
Alpha Sankoh, an upcoming superstar, who is the writer and content manager of Baby Nice, says: “Since I found out that she has talent in singing and rapping, I decided to focus on her. I would rather pause my career in order for her to elevate.”
On September 5, she collaborated with Leonus Music and released a song titled ‘Fambul Tik’.
Minister of Social Welfare Mrs. Melrose Karminty invited her and others to perform during the signing of the Early Child Marriage MOU in Sierra Leone on the 17th of September, 2024.
Like Leonus Di Genius, Upline Pikin, Good Luck, Boy-16, etc, she has been nominated for the SierraLeone Entertainment Awards (SLEA) as “Best Young Achiever”.
